Swasth rahne ke liye niyamit vyayam

 Swasth rahne ke liye niyamit vyayam karna bahut mahatvapurna hai. Yahan kuch upay hai jo aapki sehat ko fit rakhne me madad kar sakte hai:

  1. Vyayam ka Samay Nirdharit Kare: Apne din ka samay nirdharit kare jahan aapko vyayam karne ka samay mil sake. Isse aap niyamit vyayam karne ke liye samay bana sakenge.

  2. Cardiovascular Vyayam Kare: Cardiovascular vyayam jaise running, brisk walking, cycling, swimming, ya aerobic exercises aapke dil ko majboot banane me madad karte hai. Ise aapke dil ke sath-sath saans lene ki kshamata bhi badhti hai.

  3. Pratidin Vyayam Kare:


    Niyamit vyayam bahut mahatvapurna hai. Kam se kam 30 minutes pratidin vyayam kare. Isse aapke sharir ko sahi tarah se stretch aur exercise milegi.

  4. Vyayam Ke Sath Sath Pranayam Kare: Pranayam aapke sharir aur dimag ko shanti dene me madad karta hai. Yogaasan aur pranayam ke saath-saath vyayam karna aapki mental aur physical fitness dono ko sudharne me madad karta hai.

  5. Apne Vyayam Ko Diversify Kare: Ek hi vyayam se samay ke saath aapki sharirik aur mansik ruchi kam ho sakti hai. Isliye, apne vyayam ko diversify kare. Cardio exercises, strength training, stretching, aur flexibility exercises ka samavesh kare.


  6. Sahi Tarah se Stretch Kare: Vyayam shuru karne se pahle aur vyayam ke ant me, halki stretching exercises kare. Ise aapke sharir ke muscles ko taiyar hone me madad milegi aur chot aur tanav ke khatre ko kam karegi.

  7. Apne Sharir Ko Paryapt Aaram De: Vyayam ke bad aapke sharir ko paryapt aaram dena avashyak hai. Isse aapke muscles recover hote hai aur aap agli baar vyayam karne ke liye taiyar hote hai.

  8. Sahi Aahar Khaye: Vyayam ke saath sahi aahar lena bahut mahatvapurna hai. Poshtik aahar, phal, sabjiyan, poshtik carbohydrates, protein, aur poshak tatvon ka sevan kare. Apne aahar me junk food, processed food, aur adhik matra me meetha, namkeen, aur oily food se bachne ki koshish kare.


  9. Hydrated Rahe: Vyayam ke samay aur vyayam ke bad paryapt matra me paani piye. Isse sharir me poshak tatvon ki upyogita badhti hai aur dehydration se bachav hota hai.
